US-licensed agents & agencies · Medicare and beyond

For [X] years we have generated leads and run back office for businesses across the UK. Premier Care Link is that same operation, rebuilt for the US market — and built around the one thing a US agent cannot afford to get wrong.

Every lead arrives with the evidence behind it.

Opted-in Medicare prospects, verified on a recorded call before you ever see them, and delivered to one agent only. The prospect decides how they reach you — transferred to your line while they are still on the phone, or booked into your diary for a time they chose. The consent wording, the timestamp, the source URL, the full recording and the transcript are filed with the record, not promised in an email.

Why we built it this way

You have bought leads before. You know how it usually goes.

The same lead was sold to four other agents.

One lead, one agent. Each record is released once, to a single buying agent, with the delivery timestamp held against your account. If you ever suspect a duplicate, ask us and we will show you the release log for that record.

The prospect had no idea who I was or why I was calling.

Every prospect completes a recorded verification call before you receive anything. They are told their details go to a licensed agent, and they say yes on tape. You are not making a cold call — you are returning one.

The consent was a screenshot of a form I never saw.

You get the actual record. Verbatim consent wording, capture timestamp, source URL, device and IP, and the certificate reference — attached to the lead at the point of delivery, not produced later if something goes wrong.

Half the numbers were dead or wrong.

A number that does not answer never becomes a lead. Records only leave our system with a completed, verified conversation behind them. Anything else is dispositioned out at our cost, not sold to you.

It was a bot, and by the time it reached me the prospect was already annoyed.

The prospect can ask for a person at any point, and is told so at the start of the call. They also choose what happens next — transferred to you straight away, or booked into your diary for a time that suits them. You inherit a conversation that went the way the prospect wanted it to.

Chain of custody

How a lead is made

Five stages, each of which leaves a record. Nothing is bought in, scraped, aged or re-sold.

01

Our advertising, our page, our wording

Prospects come from Facebook campaigns we run ourselves, to landing pages we control. We do not buy lists, aggregate feeds or aged data, so we can tell you exactly where every record came from and show you the page the prospect saw.

02

Consent captured and sealed

The prospect gives express written consent on our form. Wording, timestamp, source URL, device and IP are captured at the moment of submission and stored against the record. That package travels with the lead.

03

Recorded verification call

Our AI voice agent calls within [X] minutes of submission. It states that the call is recorded, identifies itself as not a licensed agent, confirms the prospect's details and enrolment situation, and asks whether they want a licensed agent to contact them. The call is recorded end to end.

No plan advice · No comparison · No recommendation
04

Two-tier quality control

Every transcript is run through automated compliance checks before release — required disclosures present, prohibited topics absent, affirmative consent captured. Anything flagged, plus a random sample of clean calls, goes to a human reviewer. Failed records are not sold.

05

The prospect chooses how they reach you

Nobody is trapped with a machine and nobody is handed over cold. At the end of the verification call the prospect is offered three routes, and whichever they take is recorded on the file so you know what they agreed to before you dial.

Route A

Transfer me now

Connected straight to your line while they are still on the phone, with the verification call already behind them.

Route B

Call me at this time

They pick a slot in their own time zone. It lands in your diary as an appointment, not a phone number and a guess.

Route C

Put me through to a person

Available on request at any point in the call. A member of our team takes over — under exactly the same constraints, and still no plan advice.

06

Delivered to you, once

Posted into your CRM in real time, emailed, booked into your calendar, or connected live — whichever route the prospect chose. Delivery is logged and the record is closed to every other buyer.

What you are actually buying

Terms we will put in writing

Exclusivity

One agent per record

No shared leads, no second sale, no resale after a cooling-off window. Contractual, not aspirational.

Delivery

Transfer, appointment or post

Warm transfer to your line, a booked slot in your calendar, or a webhook post into your CRM. Set your own transfer hours, so live calls only come when someone is there to take them.

Replacements

A stated returns policy

Wrong number, wrong state, or no consent record on the file — flag it within [X] business days and it is replaced. Written terms before you spend anything.

Volume

You set the tap

Daily and weekly caps you control, so AEP volume does not arrive faster than you can work it. Pause without penalty.

Coverage

Targeted to your licences

Filtered to the states and counties you are appointed in. Tell us your footprint and we will only send inside it.

Retention

Records kept, and retrievable

Recordings, transcripts and consent artefacts retained for [10] years and produced on request for any record you bought.

Beyond Medicare

The machine is not vertical-specific.

Medicare is where we started in the US because it is the hardest vertical to do properly. The same stack — our advertising, our consent capture, our recorded AI verification, our QA — runs against any product you sell. If you write more than one line of business, tell us and we will build the campaign for it.

T-65

Ageing-in prospects, targeted by birth month.

AEP & OEP

Season-timed volume, capped to your capacity.

Medicare Supplement

Prospects reviewing existing cover.

Final expense

Recorded verification, same evidence file.

Term & whole life

Filtered to your appointed carriers' footprint.

ACA & under-65

Open enrolment and qualifying-event driven.

Annuities

Lower volume, tighter qualification criteria.

Your vertical

Bring the offer. We build and test the campaign.

The other half of the business

We also run the work you never get round to.

Back office support has been the quieter half of our UK operation for years. It is available to US agencies on the same terms.

Diary

Appointment setting

Verified prospects booked directly into your calendar, not just handed over as a phone number.

Retention

Annual review calls

Your existing book contacted ahead of AEP so the review happens before a competitor's mailer lands.

Overflow

Seasonal capacity

Extra hands for the ten weeks a year when your phones do not stop. Scaled up and back down without hiring.

Admin

Application chasing

Outstanding paperwork, missing signatures and carrier follow-ups worked through to completion.

Data

CRM hygiene

Deduplication, disposition tidying and pipeline reporting, so your numbers mean something.

Reporting

Source-level economics

Contact rate, appointment rate and close rate by source, so you can see what your spend is actually buying.

Where we stand

What we are, and what we are not.

Stated plainly, because vagueness here is how agents end up carrying someone else's risk.

  1. We are a lead generation and referral service. We are not an insurance agency, we hold no insurance licence, and we sell no insurance product.
  2. We never give plan advice. No comparison, no recommendation, no discussion of specific plans, premiums or benefits with a prospect — on any call, at any stage. Every script is written to that constraint and every transcript is checked against it.
  3. Prospects are told what happens to their details. Before a record is released, the prospect is told on a recorded call that their information goes to a licensed agent who will contact them, and they confirm they want that.
  4. The automated assistant says it is automated. Within the opening seconds of the call, before anything else is asked. The prospect is also told the call is recorded and that they can ask for a person at any point — and if they ask, they get one.
  5. Every call is recorded in full and retained. Not sampled. Not summarised. Produced on request for any record you have bought.
  6. You remain responsible for your own compliance. We supply you with the consent record so you can evidence the basis for your call. We do not, and cannot, assume your obligations under the TCPA, CMS marketing rules, state telemarketing law, or your carrier and FMO requirements. Any vendor telling you otherwise is selling you a false comfort.
  7. We are not connected with or endorsed by the US government or the federal Medicare programme.

Before you ask

Questions agents actually ask

Are these leads exclusive, really?

Yes. Each record is released to one agent and closed. We do not resell after a window, we do not sell the same record into a different vertical, and we do not sell it back to an aggregator. Delivery is logged against your account and we will show you the release log for any record you query.

How old is a lead when I get it?

Minutes. The verification call runs within [X] minutes of the prospect submitting the form, and delivery follows immediately after QA. If you take live transfers, the prospect is still on the phone when you pick up.

Do I get a live transfer, or a record to call?

Whichever the prospect chose. At the end of the verification call they are offered a transfer to your line there and then, or a callback slot they select themselves. Transfers only go out during the hours you set, so nothing rings an empty office. Booked appointments arrive in your calendar with the recording and consent record already attached.

Is the whole thing done by a machine?

No. The verification call opens with the assistant identifying itself as automated and telling the prospect they can ask for a person at any point. If they ask, a member of our team takes the call. That person operates under the same constraint as the assistant — confirming details and routing the prospect, never advising on, comparing or recommending a plan.

What if the prospect misses the appointment they booked?

[Set out your no-show policy here — whether the record is re-contacted, re-booked, credited or replaced. Agents will ask this on the first call, so decide it before you publish.]

What contact rate should I expect?

We will not quote you a number we have not measured on your own footprint. What we can tell you is that every record has already had a completed, recorded conversation behind it, so you are calling someone who has spoken to us and asked for your call. We will agree a review point after your first [X] records and look at your dispositions together.

What happens if a lead is bad?

Wrong number, wrong state, no consent record on the file, or the prospect disputes ever having enquired — flag it within [X] business days and it is replaced. The full policy is in the written supply terms you get before you spend anything.

Which states do you cover?

We target to your licensed and appointed footprint. Send us your states, and where relevant your counties, and records outside it will not be sent to you. If you want a state we are not yet running, we will tell you honestly how long it takes to build volume there.

Do you sell to my competitors in my area?

Each record goes to one agent. Whether we take on a second buyer in a given territory depends on the volume that territory produces — we will tell you where you stand before you commit, and we would rather turn away a buyer than under-serve one.

What does it cost?

Pricing is per verified record and varies by vertical, state and volume commitment. [Insert your pricing structure, minimum order and payment terms here — or state that pricing is quoted after the intro call.]

Can I hear a call before I buy?

Yes. Ask on the form below and we will send a redacted sample file with the recording, the transcript and the consent record, so you can judge the quality yourself rather than take our word for it.
